All orders are processed and shipped from our partners in China. We aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and the size and weight of your items. The shipping costs for each order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on location. The estimated shipping time is as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 5-15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Modest Muse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

Modest Muse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Modest Muse is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our carrier to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Modest Muse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window to make changes to your order or shipping address. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
